Shipping & Returns
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.
*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
You (“you” or “End User” or “your” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) are required to read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) and the linked Privacy Policy, before you may use www.maisonaishanisrivastava.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site” or “we” or “our”). The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase Clothing (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).
1. ITEMS IN STOCK (ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECES/ PRET-A-PORTER)
We aim to ship all orders within 4-5 working days of the purchase date. Kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. If you have any questions or specific requirements, our team will be happy to assist you at info@maisonaishanisrivastava.com
2. PRE ORDER/MADE TO ORDER PIECES
All the Pre-order/Made to order products presented on the site are made individually and, in most cases, by hand. All the orders will be shipped in two to three weeks on average and a maximum of one month from the date of the order.
Exceeding this period cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer and to any payment in respect of damages, it being specified that in certain specific cases, the periods indicated above can be longer.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic online orders carry a flat shipping rate of INR 100
-
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, a flat fee of USD43/GBP33 is charged depending on the currency chosen.

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order.

The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

5. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.

Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.

Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code, email address, and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
(* Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. MAISON AISHANI SRIVASTAVA will not be liable for missing orders due to an invalid address provided. In case of re-delivery, costs will be at the costumer’s charge.)
6. MODES OF PAYMEMT

For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards, Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized UPI options.

For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa), as well as payments, vide PayPal (third party payment gateways).

Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
7.RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.
7.1 PRE-ORDER/MADE TO ORDER PIECES
Pre-order/Made to order pieces are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. This is due to the drop’s ‘made to order’ model, where each item will be produced after its sale, following customers individual specifications of size.
7.1 ALL OTHER ORDERS (ONE-OF-A KIND PIECES/ PRET-A-PORTER)
We gladly accept exchanges or refunds within 15 days from the receipt of your order. The returned items must be sent back in the original condition with all packaging and materials received with the order (purchase invoice, original packaging, wrappings, tags etc.). If the garment looks in anyway worn, damaged or unsalable, regretfully returns will not be accepted. To ensure optimal garment condition while trying it on, we recommend avoiding makeup, fragrances or other skincare products.

8. REFUNDS POLICY
On receipt of your returned garment, our team will inspect it for any damages and for any signs of usage that may deem the garment unsaleable. If we are satisfied that your garment is in good condition with all the necessary documents, original packaging and invoice intact, we will notify you of our acceptance of your returns. If not, we will notify you of our non-acceptance of the return of your garment. We will notify you via email and within the next 14 days, your refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to make the payment.
9. SALE ITEMS REFUND POLICY
Only full priced items can be accepted on the returns policy, unfortunately, sale items are not included in our refund policy.
